解决办法：找到调试的站点根目录，删除其中的app_offline.htm文件，问题解决。
是app_offline.htm引起的问题，在网站根目录下创建app_offline.htm文件来关闭当前站点是asp.net 2.0中新增的功能，如果网站根目录下存在这个文件，那么对任何aspx页面的访问显示的都是app_offline.htm的内容，要使网站正常运行，必须删除或对app_offline.htm改名
当你在调试站点的时候出现错误提示：
